    Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

    We appreciate the valuable feedback of our customers and encourage you to review suggestions made by some of our other customers to vote on those which would be of benefit to you.

    We will continue to monitor this suggestion for feedback and update again with any changes.

    In the interim, you may find it helpful for your situation to start with a Pencil Reservation and use the Convert to Reservation option once the customer on the phone agrees to pay the required Deposit. You can also lookup an existing Guest Profile on the Pencil Reservation screen which can save you valuable time re-entering the information when they change their mind to ‘pencil me in’.

    Please feel free to submit new feature suggestions and should this feature gain new interest in the future we will re-open for consideration.

    It would be realy good to use the "Change Status" button within the Reservation screen to create a pencil booking just like all the other options (Cancel, No shown Unconfirm & Confirm).
    That way when we are about to complete a reservation and the guest decides they want to think about it or will pay the deposit next week, we could retain all of the entered information and set it as a pencil booking that would expire.

    I HAVE USED A SYSTEM WHERE EVERONE CAN USE OR SHARE A LOGIN, THE ONLY THING WHAT WE HAD TO DO WAS ENTER OUR USER ID (A 2 OR 3 DIGIT USER No. IDENTIFING MY NAME)EVERY TIME WE SAVED OR CHANGED A BOOKING THIS WAS EASY AND VERY QUICK.
