To make sure residents upload a clean passport photo during the online pre-registration process, we would like to see if RMS has any feature
In particular, is it possible to have the system ask users to place their passport precisely inside a reference box or camera frame before uploading? In a number of instances, our team has had trouble verifying the documents since the uploaded passport photos were not clear.
Or is there any way to guarantee that only crisp photos are allowed for online pre-registration?
