There are many factors that influence the RMS Development Roadmap and determine which features are implemented and prioritised including user feedback and support insights as well as industry research, market analytics and more.

It would be great to have more time increments in the Release Back times available in RMS online options.
It is currently only in 1 hour increments eg 6pm, 7pm etc.
If reception closes at 7pm, we want to be able to release back at 6:45pm so we are not receiving same day reservations at 7:05pm or later (when staff have left) as this can be the delay in it being delivered to our PMS.
I don't want to set it at 6pm as we will potentially miss any last minute bookings.
Even 30 min increments would be better than it currently is.
