Hi team
This feature would be great and could be achieved in a similar way the email validation is completed. eg guest uploads photo ID and a default field on the client profile called ID could update accordingly.This way you only need to activate the field under field maintenance and you would be able to see the ID has been completed without going into the guest profile.

This would be a great improvement, other examples of fields that are causing confusion with our guests are:
Photo ID - guests take a photo of themselves
Marketing opt in - a field that is specifically for marketing purposes the wording is far from idealJake

We are pleased to advise that your suggestion has now been scheduled into a future development cycle.
RNP-21027 when completed will include a number of new Triggered Correspondence options including the ability to set triggers based on the ‘Pre Check-in’ status.
We will update this page once development commences and again once the feature is released.

This would be a great update, the ability to place a event name or similar merge fields rather than having to use incorrect fields on a client profile or reservation will mean data integrity can be maintained.
eg not being able to have the event name display and using the client group name means that if an organiser or participant at an event attends the hotel in another capacity the group name stays with them and is incorrect for the next function or visit.
