Add Search by Guest Name to Balance Transfer and Charge Transfer
Ability to search guest names in credit and balance transfer function
I would like the ability to search for guest firts name and last name in the credit and balance transfer functions to avoid having to first seperatly find the account number and then come back to this function to perform the transfer.

Show the reason and change status for Out of Order on Clean Screen
It would be great if we could show the reason why a room is out of order on the Clean Screen. It would also be great if we could change the status/modify any out of order rooms on the clean screen instead of having to go to Utility and then Out of Order.

Job Management Room Search or List All
Right now when we go to put in a Job, we need to find the select the category first and then select the room number. It'd be great if we could have an option of all rooms to pick from.

To add a Front Desk Task
To add a reoccurring Front Desk Task with sub category on the To Do Chart to a chosen day of the week for chosen frequencies i.e weekly/monthly/fortnightly for a long date frame instead of entering individually.

Need the ability to change the automatic room assignment order within a specific room type
Because RMS assigns the rooms within a room type in the same order all the time, the rooms with the lowest numerical room number get more use than the rooms with higher room numbers, so they wear faster. If this order could be manually manipulated or even set to a random selection, it would resolve this issue.

RMS Pay Receipt to Guests / Property
I believe that guests should receive a receipt via email when they make a payment via RMS Pay.
Guests don't think to 'take a screenshot' when making a payment.
Accommodation providers don't even get a 'notification of payment' for RMS Pay payments made. If property did receive a motivation of payment, then I would email a receipt to guests. But I also think an automatic receipt should be issued through the reservation management system.
There is definitely room for improvement here to ensure better communication between guest and the property.

Advanced Housekeeping Tasks
Automatically calculate when rooms are DEEP/FULL cleans based on # of nights occupied. i.e. full linen/quilts/protectors every 5th night
Would be good if RMS housekeeping tasks could automatically tell us when we deep clean rooms after X amount of nights occupied (i.e. 3x 1 night stays+2 night stays - we would change on the 5th night that room has been used). We currently manually have a register for each room in our property, that we mark out every 5th night the room is used, it gets a FULL linen change i.e. duvets, mattress & pillow protectors.

Add Next Arrival in Area on the Clean Screen Task View
See next arrival on task view, so that we can allocate prioritized rooms
on the clean screen it would be great to see next arrival on the task view, this would make it easier to allocate prioritized rooms to staff.
we can now see it in the area view, but we need to write down the rooms to prioritize before switching to task view to allocate

I would like the Credit Card Gateway Token to show up if there is a Company Credit Card
When a guest has a card in the gateway it shows up as green, so you know it is there. I would like this to show up a different colour when there is a credit card in the company account, in the guest reservation screen. This will save double handling. Currently it does not show up when booking a guest in under a company unless you go into the company itself.

Apply Last Room Availability to certain Rate Types
Be able to set some rate types to have Last Room Availability (LRA) so that regardless of whether a certain date has restrictions set or has a room type that has sold out, the select rate type can still sell based on house availability.

I would like to remove owner email address when sedning correspondence to guest
I would like to be able to remove the owners email address as an option when sending correspondence to guests.
As it automatically comes up, it could be accidentally clicked (in a hurry) and send a confirmation letter to an owner by mistake.1 vote -
More flexibility with Max Pax Occupancy settings
We have a room type where the max occupancy is set as 4. In this room type we can either accept a max of 2a + 2c OR 3a. We can't accept 3a + 1c or 4a. We can manage the 4a scenario via the rate tables and applying a max adult amount of 3, however there currently is no way to deal with the 3a + 1c scenario meaning this room type can be overbooked via our online distribution sources. This is a urgent requirement with no current solution as per RMS support.

Easy Signature Collection Link
An easy signature collection link that we can create and send to guests for their booking which will look identical/same as the signature collection in the Guest Portal but without the long and time consuming steps of the guest portal.
We would like to be able to collect a signature for our Ts & Cs for our guests by simply sending a link if we are not troubling them with the guest portal.
The signature collection would function the same in sending the signed digital form to correspondence.

The ability to over ride triggered correspondence when your manually sending it out.
In my business, every day guests are sent arrival codes via SMS at a time earlier than the scheduled time to trigger the SMS correspondence to them, as there is always someone who calls and asks for an early checkin.
In these circumstances you dont want the SMS to trigger at the designated time, as it has already been sent to the guest (not a good look to be sending it again and a complete waste of money sending a second time).
There needs to be either :

Multiple Guest & Reservation Notes Fields
An additional note box that is specific to either a booking or a customer.
An additional note box to record detailed information about a guest that doesn't need to appear on the in/out movement report.
At present we use the client note to record the data we need for every booking (where there caravan is stored) and the reservation notes that are specific to that booking. I would like the ability to schedule charges to be added for a future date in Job Management
In Job Management we currently can setup scheduled charges however they can only be posted as of the current accounting date. It would be beneficial to have the ability to setup scheduled charges to start as of a date in the future.

Security profile Grouping
It would be better if there's a grouping per security profile in which we can include/exclude users to a certain security profile. As of now what we can do is define each user's account on the user information menu.
