Housekeeping Clean Screen - Change Colour of 'Inspect' Status to be Different to 'Dirty'
Make colours different for 'dirty' and 'ready to inspect' it makes it easier for all to get a status at a glance. They are currently both red!

Add Voucher Number to the Email Subject Line for Tax Invoices
Auto Add Voucher No (PO#) to subject line when emailing invoices from account screen
Some Travel Management Companies now require their reference number in the subject line of the invoice email. As the email automates when sending invoices on checkout we do not have an option of customising the email subject line. This sometimes creates a delay in payment.
1 voteDue to the overwhelming feedback on this feature following our recent Live release we have had to make the difficult decision to reverse the changes made for this user suggestion and remove the Voucher Number from the email subject line for Tax Invoices.
We recognise this may come as a disappointment and we endeavour to re-introduce this feature at a later stage in a way that does not impact users who do not wish to include the Voucher Number in the email subject line.

Add Favourite Search Criteria to the Reservation Search
I would like to customise the search items in the Reservation Search list.
In the Reservation Search list there are currently 5 or 6 items above the solid line and I would like to be able to add your favourites to be at the top of that list.

Ability to Select Which Account Sundry Charges Apply To on Setup
Assign Default Tab to Sundry Items?
Hi RMS Team,
We currently have to manually transfer sundry charges from the accommodation tab to the extras tab (as per the help document https://helpcentre.rmscloud.com/accounting/transfer-sundry-charges-from-accommodation-to-extras). It would be nice if we configure the sundry items to automatically show up under extras. We are using all five tabs under Site Income (Account 1: Site Income, Account 2: Extras, Gas, Electricity, and Water).
Example: We have golf carts as an Add On. When we add it to a site, we want the charge to show up under Extras, but right now it shows under Accommodations…

Add Sundry Charge Shortcut on Reservation Screen Account Column
I would like to be able to go directly to Sundary Charges from the Account Screen
Recently you changed the Account section of the reservation with 3 tabs.
Open Account, Bill to and Receipt.
Instead of having the Open Account tab it would be more beneficial if there was a Sundries tab so we can go straight to the Sundries Charge Screen instead of opening the Account then Opening the Sundries.
The reason I feel this is more beneficial we can open the account on the same screen by clicking on the Accomm line.

Traces/Follow up Function
Attach a follow up note / task to be completed to a reservation for a specific date or dates. Preferable set up to be similar to the in/out screen where you select the particular date. Also have the capability to allocate it to certain departments.
I.e Guaranteed early check in for HSK, Call guest when room is ready for FO, Follow up payment for Accounts.
This is called "traces" in the opera PMS.

Option to Select Account Requirement Charges Apply
Create an option for requirements to route to the guest folio
I would like for there to be an option to have requirements route to the guest folio versus the incidentals folio. Many of our "requirements" are essentially add-ons that the guest has to pay for directly. It would be beneficial to the option for all guest charges to be posted on one folio rather than having to transfer the incidental charges each time.

Custom Housekeeping Area Statuses
Housekeeping: additional/customizable clean statuses for rooms
When managing housekeeping statuses in RMS, we'd like additional clean statuses other than clean, dirty, and inspect.
Ideally, if we can add/rename statuses based on our needs, we can manage housekeeping in detail. An example would be a progress indicator in percentages.

Default "BILL TO" in Channel Management Agent setup (like in Company setup)
We would like to set a specific agent to BILL TO: AGENT as the default but there doesn't seem to be anywhere on the Channel Management setup screen to do this.
Please note that it is the agent that is located on the channel management page, not an agent that we are manually creating.
We noticed that if we create a company, there is the option to set a default BILL TO option. (in EXTRA DETAILS) This is what we are trying to replicate in the online agent setup

Move the Credit Hold Y/N button & not allow "No" without credit amount in the AR tab
Move the Credit Hold Y/N button from the Company Details tab of the Company Profile to the Accounts Receivable tab (or another separate tab) that can be locked using Security Profiles.
Anyone that creates or edits company profile information can tick this (without having accounts/finance departments follow credit check procedures), allowing guests to be invoiced after checkout without going through a credit check approval process therefore leaving the business with a high level of risk of non-approved clients having unpaid bills.

Rate Update
Rate Update - We have rates with overrides drop in on a regular basis. as we are using packages it is not a case of simply updating the base rate. In addition to this we have packages that are based on percentages, so updating the tariff on a nightly rate is laborious and takes multiple attempts to balance out. I would like to have the ability to enter the total rate amount (inclusive of packages) in the "total rate" section and have the nightly accom divided up evenly over the nights.

Apply Pre-Auth to Existing CC Tokens
CC Pre-Auth Token should be able to read any tokens already saved as a CC Token.
It shouldn't be necessary to re-obtain from the guest and re-enter credit card details that have already been provided and saved.
Would also like to see consideration for the CC Pre-Auth Token to be available 3 days prior to arrival for those organisations using RMS that do not meet guests to provide access, but instead provide keysafe/lockbox details before arrival.

Ability to Set Email Blackout Times for EDM
is it possible to set blackout times for EDM mailouts?
There does not seem to be anywhere in RMS that covers general default EDM settings for items such as blackout times.
we have received a complaint as due to the large number of recipients, the guest received EDM at 11:15pm despite the mailout having been sent out around 8pm.

Automated Quote Reservation Process
This idea is basically an extension on the triggered correspondence functionality.
A customisable workflow solution would have triggers, decision points, actions and diary events.
For example, a quote followup workflow would be ;
- trigger quote status 7 days prior to arrival date.
- automatic workflow decisions based of field values, such as quotes for a specific agent might be ignored.
- automate a correspondence
- set a followup date.
- etc
Such workflow builders are common in CRM systems. I can provide more details if required.

Add 'None' as an RV Slide Option
We are a camping facility, and it would be great if 'None' was an option for camping slides in the IBE because not all motorhomes/trailers have slides.

Attach Tax Invoices to Emailed Owner Statements
Adding invoices to Owner statements
Would be great to be able to add a PDF copy of invoices to Owner statements so they are emailed out each month rather than having to manually email them to all owners.
