AUTOMATIC CHARGING OF VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD
On the reservation chart all Virtual Credit Card reservations including Epass will show as light green.
On the day of arrival at a set time, say 8.00am RMS will AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE all VCC then AUTOMATICALLY change the colour from light green to the current green colour.

Add Spelling & Grammar Checker to Form Letter Setup
When using the form letters it's essential that the ability to have spelling/grammar error highlighted is enabled.
As we're all using Google Chrome, this is a part of the platform that works on other pages or sites, and would be great to have within RMS.
As the spelling highlights appear in the reservation notes, we should be able to have them displayed in form letters.

Add the Availability Calendar to the RMS IBE Search Page
Currently when guests through RMS book now they have to put in dates then see if the property is available. I have enabled the interactive calendar while a lot better it is possible to have this show first so they do not have to got through some many steps The current way is very "clunky" and not user friendly.

Move Location of "Book Via Interactive Map" button
When using the mobile version of the RMS IBE website, you do not see the "Book via Interactive Map" button unless you tap on the "Tap to modify reservation" option at the top. Customers have a hard time finding this unless we instruct them or they stumble across it on accident. Customers love to pick their site and this would make it a lot easier for them if the button was more visible when the results first loaded.

Blacklist Pop Up Box
When someone is blacklisted, I would like for another pop up box to display when you are making a reservation to make the staff aware that the person is blacklisted if they have accidentally overlooked their name in the red writing.

Merging Profiles - Select which profile to keep
When merging profiles, rather than just taking the oldest profile and updating it with the contact details from the newest one. it would be helpful if you could choose which profile to take the guest contact details from. The newest profile doesn't not always have the most information.

Instead of paying for a custom tax invoice to be created by RMS can we have the option of creating our own custom template either in RMS or the ability to upload it to RMS to be used.

Enhancements to RMS 9+ Mobile Functionality
Current RMS on mobile device is far from "user friendly".
The booking.com's mobile APP (Pulse) is a good reference for what should be included and/or improved. Key push notification for "Quoted only booking", "Cancellation", "New booking", "Modification", "Sold Out".

Auto-relax Minimum Length of Stay
Need the ability to auto-relax the MLOS restriction within "x" days of arrival. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this as this feature is included in a lot of other PMSs that are far less robust than RMS. If I have a two night MLOS on the weekends, I want to relax that restriction three days prior as I will then take a one night reservation. Currently I have to adjust this in the rate table if I want those one-night IBE reservations.

Scheduled invoicing for long term guests
To be able to schedule an automated invoice to be sent weekly/fortnightly so cash flow can be maintained for long term guests being paid for by a company.

Guest Portal to Allow Guests to Enter Credit Card Details Securely
When using a Payment Gateway, add the ability for guests to securely enter their Credit Card details in the Guest Portal that creates a CC Token in RMS.
This would be particularly useful for reservations that originate from a Travel Agent where credit card details are not included as part of the booking process.

Custom Labels for Fields in the Guest Portal
We need the ability to rename the fields in Guest Portal. We need to use the "common terms" we already use in our Form Letters and all our communication to guests in the Guest Portal as well. Customizing the name to fit our needs will avoid any confusion.
For example, instead of "Booking Confirmation Number", we'd like it to be "NISADE Reference No." because this is what's in all of our correspondences (form letter, email, etc.).
