Sync Housekeeping Requirements with Tasks
When a housekeeping requirement is added to a reservation and appears in the housekeeping roster, it should automatically sync with the Housekeeping Tasks list. I have to manually re-enter it into the app, creating unnecessary double handling. Automating this would save time and reduce manual entry errors.

I would like to add a permission for Superusers to override dates in Guest accounts to extend expiration of their credits
Sometimes due to extenuating circumstances, we need to extend a credit amount in a guest account. If you could add an override or permission for the Superuser to extend the credit expiration dates.

To be able to add a Comment to an invoice raised in the A/R payment section of RMS
This would allow us to add comments for our Accounts team so they can seamlessly add direct payments in the correct section of RMS.
We have a lot of group bookings that pay for their booking via invoice, so for example they pay their deposit which is entered by our accounts team into the A/R. Then the group makes a change, so we have to cancel that invoice and reissue a new one, however as it doesn’t show their amount they’ve already paid it causes confusion.

Have guests room numers listed on the add on report
To have guests actual room numbers listed on the add on report, not just their surnames, the reference number and the add on number. Having their actual room number is make it a much more user friendly report.

should have the option for boom gate codes to automatically be the last 6 digits of peoples phone numbers

Under job management, add a job, the drop-down menu for job type, please remove breakfast area equipment because there is already breakfast room FF&E. Pleas add breakfast room floor.

Nationalities Ranked by Room Nights and Revenue
Hello,
We need a report that lists nationalities in descending order based on either room nights or revenue, with the ability to choose between the two options.Understanding nationalities is crucial for our property strategy, but the current process of manually generating a report in alphabetical order is inefficient. This method is prone to errors and consumes a significant amount of time.\

Include packages in BOGO offers
Currently if there are packages within the nightly rate, these aren't discounted as part of BOGO offers so the offer is not a true representation of the discount on offer. It would be great to have an option to do this so that these rates can be truly promoted as BOGO.

Ability to select a refundable sundry charge and add to the package
Currently only non-refundable charges can be added to the package, and refundable charges cannot be part of a package.
As we collect bonds for a number of bookings (especially in peak season when every booking has a security bond), the bond sundry charge is in the package is a sundry charge called bond which is chosen to post to extras.
When a booking is made for the property that has this in the package, it does post to the extras account, but then we need to void it and replace with the Refundable Bond sundry (orange coloured), to enable the…

Once you have clicked 'build' i would like to be able to email the company from this screen. Currently I email to a user and then send from the Outlook email.

RMS clients need to be able to access a bounced email report
Currently when we enter email addresses (or if a guest enters in when doing on online bookings), unless it's something obvious in the error (which we then correct), like @bigpong or @gmailcom or gnail.com - we don't know that the guest has not received the email until they contact us letting us know what they expected to receive hasn't arrived.
Rather than the guest having to drive the email bounce correction, it would be good for RMS clients to be able to have access to the email bounce report for their client number.
Maybe this could be an extra report…

Ability to turn off Chargeback on Online Travel Agents
Currently, there are little options on what we can configure with Online Travel Agents. We recently had an issue where staff were able to push charges to AR on the RMS Book Now button. These reservations should either be Pay on creation or Pay On Arrival/Departure and definitely not chargeback to the RMS Booking Now Travel agent.
We need to have the ability to turn charge back off (or Credit Hold on) for RMS generated travel agents as there is a financial impact in not being able to do so.

I want a new Problem logging system.
The problem logging system is not fit for purpose. A problem should be only closed when a User says it is, not when a support member has replied to it.

I would like to Automatically Check in and check out guests
Description - the ability to check in and check out guests automatically by time. So, at 11:30 check all guest out. at 5pm check all guests in.
Reason - Automation.
Justification - saves time and effort of employees allowing no check in and check outs to be missed.1 vote -
An Advisory Notification Will Appear If Multiple Users Are Changing the Same Reservation Details
When two or more individuals (such as a member of the reservation team and someone at reception) are making changes to the reservation, it would be nice if a warning could come up.
