Increase font size of Name & Address on Receipts
Since the upgrade the fonts appear small
When the receipt is placed in the envelope very hard to read the name due to the small font.4 votes -
Ability to Delete or Archive Message Threads in the Message Centre
If we complete a message from a guest on the message center, it just stays there. I know I can filter a date, but not if it is the same date. I want to whisp it away and get rid of it. Done! One more thing off the list!

Dynamic rate toggle when recalculating rate or changing reservation
Ability to engage to disengage dynamic pricing when you are moving a reservation or otherwise updating pricing. For example, a guest has three nights currently booked with no dynamic pricing. They want to add a night, you recreate the rate, and now dynamic pricing is triggered based on occupancy. We don't want to dynamic pricing to trigger on the nights already-reserved as they have already been confirmed at that non-dynamic price.

RMS Pay Transaction Activity to be included in the Reservation Audit Trail
It would be beneficial to include RMS Pay Transaction Activity in the Audit Trail. For example when a credit card token is created, when a charge is processed, when a pre-authorisation is released; Currently there is no record of this on the reservation of guest profile audit trail.

Return guest / VIP arrival
Return guest / VIP arrival
Have a feature on guest reservation to easy view if the guest is returning guest and how many times they have stayed and for it to pick up on online travel bookings as well. This will create a warm welcome for the guests upon arrival and their status with the hotel.

Pre Check In Status section added to filters In/Out Movement Screen
Add Arrivals Pre Checked In filter to in/out movement screen (like we have for expected arrivals, checked in, in house guests etc.) so pre check in guests can be prioritized at check in. Currently there is no report or in/out screen area where only pre check in guests are listed.

I would like to have names attached to credit card payments made through the guest portal, so that if multiple people are paying for accommodation, I can attach names to payments for clarity.

When creating group booking it will be great is we can do a package add on in group master instead of having to add them into each reservations

Test & Tag Results in Asset Management
Test & Tag results should be set up so that we are able to schedule & record results.
Each electrical appliance must be test & tagged and each appliance tested has a unique tag and tag number attached.
It should be available on the maintenance to do or job tasks so they can complete the results and post on to the asset/dwelling/ room number.3 votes -
Have the room type listed next to room number on Booking Chart
It'd be great if we could view by room number on the Booking Chart but still see the room type for each room, either in an extra column or next to the room number.

Flag for a reservation/in-house
Similar to requirement section to have a Flag pop up small window that you can choose for any department to appear, example for reception to show a message on check in and or on check out. for instance, a flag is added for check in saying please wish happy birthday to Mr Smith, or on check out Flag to show guest borrow an adaptor please collect.

Reservation Made/Modified Details
It would be great if we could see the exact time reservations are made. Currently it only shows the date, but I know it is data that is collected and available when I go into each reservation. Same could be said for the Online Reservation Transaction report. We'd really appreciate this. Thanks.

Default In/Out Movement Screen Date to Audit Date
Currently the In/Out Movement Screen defaults to the local time on your computer. After midnight, we are still checking in guests that are from the same audit date but it's defaulting to the next day. This is confusing and doesn't make any sense when checking in guests after midnight prior to the audit. I imagine most hotels are still checking in guests after midnight for the previous night. I would would suggest the same for the Booking Chart.

Can you please add monthly totals to the pace report as currently you have to pull each month individually, which is time consuming.

A search function on the channel manager would be really useful instead of scrolling through rate codes to find the one you are looking for.

Guest Portal
Pre Check In > Mandatory information
Infants are required to enter a mobile number and email address or pre check in cannot proceed.
Functionality is required to turn this requirement off.
More functionality is also required for managers to choose the information the require.

Availability Chart on Corporate Portal
We would like to have an availability chart accessible to for agents so they can easily see where the gaps may be in availability. Right now there is no easy way for them to do this, other than to constantly adjust dates until they find availability. It could look like the Availability Chart we have access too or a simple booking chart.
We want to make the Corporate Portal as easy to use and informative as possible to help generate more bookings through our Agent partners.3 votes -

It would be great if we could RMS could connect with this channel as a number of major inbound/wholesale agents use this channel for making reservations.
