Guest name listed next to room number in "Master" column within Group Reservation
It would make it so much quicker to find which room a guest has been allocated within a group reservation if the guest given & surname was listed next to the room number under the "MASTER" colour on the left.
Currently, when dealing with groups you have click on each room to see the guest name, or open the booking screen to see the names allocated to each room within a group booking. This is frustrating.1 vote -

Pre-auth option for total rate + flat deposit per reservation
We'd like to request a new pre-authorization option: "Total Rate plus set amount per Reservation."
Right now the closest options are "Total Rate plus set amount per night" and "Total Rate plus set percentage of Total Rate," but neither of these gives us what we actually need, which is to pre-auth the full stay amount plus a single flat deposit (e.g. $100) regardless of how many nights the guest is staying.
"Per night" doesn't work because the buffer scales with stay length; a 7-night guest gets $350 held on top of their room charges if we set it to $50/night,…1 vote -

Automate OTA and travel agent invoices
It would be great if invoicing could be automated so, for example, a travel agents can be invoice automatically on checkout or, another example, an OTA like Booking.com could be automatically invoiced on checkin. Allowing user to see the history of all resorts without granting them access for other resorts in the group.
Need to review the visit history of multiple resorts for all resort personnel while ensuring that access to information about other resorts remains restricted. Currently, personnel can only view visit details for their own property. Want to emphasize that access to information regarding other properties should continue to be restricted as it is now.

Make Tour bookings sit in chronological order
Currently, a guest’s tours in their Tour Desk are not displayed in chronological order, which can make it difficult to provide a clear itinerary and can lead to confusion when sending form letters populated with this information. It would be very helpful if all tours within a guest’s Tour Desk were automatically listed chronologically by date and time, so that any correspondence or form letters populated with these details would show the itinerary in the correct sequence. This would improve clarity for both staff and guests, reduce manual adjustments, and ensure a seamless overview of the guest’s planned activities.

Default Rate Type on Booking Chart
Would love the ability to set a default rate type on the booking chart. Right now, it appears to default on the last rate selected.

Report Writer issue - balance amount (dollars) shown to four decimal points
I created a Report Writer Template with columns for LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, BALANCE, ADULTS, CHILDREN, INFANTS, DOGS, and RESERVATION NUMBER and scheduled the report to run daily to a PDF (for ease of staff printing). I did a test report and noticed the Balance due column has four decimal points. This is supposed to be the amount of dollars due. Why are there four decimal points in the balance (in dollars)?

Transfers to default to arrival date rather than today's date
Transfers should automatically default to the arrival date of the reservation, rather than the date they are entered into the system. As transfers are typically required in connection with a guest’s stay, it makes far more sense for them to align with the booking dates. This would help prevent human error and reduce the risk of transfers being scheduled on the incorrect date.

Recalculate Future Rates Utility by reservation status
Recalculate Future Rates utility doesn’t have a way to distinguish between Confirmed and Unconfirmed reservations. This makes it not useful as we take many reservations one year in advance, prior to rates being set for the following year, and we put those reservations in Unconfirmed status. Reservations coming in via IBE/other are Confirmed status. Once rates are set and we are ready to send deposit request emails, we want to recalculate the rates but only to Unconfirmed reservations. Currently we cannot do that have must manually recalculate rates for each reservations.

Ability to click multiple messages in the message centre to archive or acknowledge
There needs to be a way to be able to select multiple messages in the message centre to archive them or mark acknowledged, especially for those in the Online section relating to connection issues.
I have multiple (thousands!) regarding a notification for 2 property ID's for our Agoda connection and they keep coming, with over 100 per day whilst I'm working through fixing the issue. I would like an option to reactivate all expired scheduled reports at once
When reports are set to expire in your message centre, you have to manually reactivate each one every 90 days. While reactivating the reports, sometimes it can load for up to a minute in between each reactivation.
I had 209 reports to reactivate in one day and it took me over an hour.Also if a reports have completely deactivated and sits in the 'Inactive' drop down under 'Scheduled Reports', it flicks back to the main reports page every time you reactivate one. Then you have to go back into the inactive section to do each one.

Add Dynamic Availability to create a scarcity of rooms and sense of urgency to book
There is nothing in sales quite like a sense of scarcity (thus urgency) to sell a product.
I suggest a new inventory feature to be created of Dynamic Availability where:
- out of total availability, a hotel can define the number/percentage of rooms in each category that are available for initial sale at any one time; and,
- as guests book, a hotel defines the proportion of their inventory that is released for sale (drip fed) at any time (subject to total rooms)
