More options on Release back times on the hour and half hour.
E.g. Office closes at 7pm, so release back at 6.30pm.
This gives time for bookings to drop in before closing time. But we do not lose an hour of productivity as our website would need to close at 6pm for 7pm closing time.1 vote -
Add Reservation Activity Timeline to Quickly Track Booking Changes
As a property manager, I often need to investigate why a reservation's details have changed, especially when dealing with guest disputes, staff mistakes, or unexpected rate differences.
Currently, finding this information can require checking multiple areas of RMS, which takes time when handling a busy front desk or responding to guest inquiries.
It would be extremely helpful to have a dedicated Reservation Activity Timeline that clearly displays all key actions in chronological order, including:
Reservation creation date and user
Rate changes
Room changes
Guest detail updates
Payment additions or refunds
Check-in and check-out modifications
Channel updates

Need the completion of the Pre-check in to be a trigger for email and/or sms correspondence
As more and more properties move to contactless check in, creating a trigger for the completion of the precheck - in, that could then send arrival information would be really helpful. Currently, if a guest completes the pre-check in after my office has closed, the guest doesn't automatically receive their arrival email unless I manually send it. This is not ideal since the goal is as fully an automated system as possible. Secondary Deposit Retention Dropdown for Cancellations
Add a conditional secondary dropdown to the cancellation workflow. Once a Cancellation Reason is selected, a second field should appear allowing the user to select the applicable deposit retention status/percentage.
Example:
If Cancellation Reason = Weather, the user would then choose from options such as:100% Deposit Retained
50% Deposit Retained
0% Deposit Retained / Full RefundThis enhancement would help standardise how deposit outcomes are recorded against cancellations and improve operational clarity and reporting.

Better Reservation Editing Alerts for Multi-User Teams
In hotels, multiple staff members (Reception, Reservations, Sales) often edit the same reservation at the same time, which can cause data conflicts, overwritten updates, or lost changes.
This feature introduces real-time editing alerts to prevent these issues and improve coordination.
When a reservation is being edited, the system will show a clear warning such as: “This reservation is currently being edited by [Staff Name]”, along with the department and editing time.
If another user tries to edit at the same time, the system can:

Guest name listed next to room number in "Master" column within Group Reservation
It would make it so much quicker to find which room a guest has been allocated within a group reservation if the guest given & surname was listed next to the room number under the "MASTER" colour on the left.
Currently, when dealing with groups you have click on each room to see the guest name, or open the booking screen to see the names allocated to each room within a group booking. This is frustrating.1 vote -
Total outstanding box
The Account column should include totals for Accom, Extras, Additional Requirements and a Grand Total.
Currently it doesnt show additional Requirements or a grand total.
Further, the cost of Additional Requirements doesnt get transferred to the confirmation email so guests see the incomplete total. ie if the guest books a suite for $200 and includes an extra bed $50 as an Add Requirement, the confirmation shows the cost as $200 not $2502 votes -

Improve Arrival Date and Pricing Adjustment Logic in RMS Cloud
In the current version of RMS Cloud, it is possible to change the arrival date for guests, but this adjustment does not affect the pricing for their stay. This limitation creates a significant issue for properties managing guests with varied lengths of stay within the same booking period.

Pre-auth option for total rate + flat deposit per reservation
We'd like to request a new pre-authorization option: "Total Rate plus set amount per Reservation."
Right now the closest options are "Total Rate plus set amount per night" and "Total Rate plus set percentage of Total Rate," but neither of these gives us what we actually need, which is to pre-auth the full stay amount plus a single flat deposit (e.g. $100) regardless of how many nights the guest is staying.

RMS Pay - Portal for Pay by Link Transaction Detail
It would be very helpful to be able to see transaction details for Pay by Link transactions so we could see why a customer's payment failed. Currently the customer only gets a 'something went wrong' message so we end up getting calls as they think it's our system that has an issue. And we then need to contact RMS Support for more information.

Allowing user to see the history of all resorts without granting them access for other resorts in the group.
Need to review the visit history of multiple resorts for all resort personnel while ensuring that access to information about other resorts remains restricted. Currently, personnel can only view visit details for their own property. Want to emphasize that access to information regarding other properties should continue to be restricted as it is now.
