I would like to have names attached to credit card payments made through the guest portal, so that if multiple people are paying for accommodation, I can attach names to payments for clarity.

I would like a report that shows the deposit paid and the outstanding amount to pay
Description - A report which shows deposits paid and outstanding Balance.
Reason - No current report shows deposits paid and outstanding amount due. Currently would have to look at multiple reports.
Justification - Increase revenue. This will allow me to see who has not paid in full and allow me to generate pay by link or contact guest for payment.Suggested REPORT Fields. -

Master Name Listing Report
I would like the master name listing report to have date range filter so that you can use it to forecast groups that are not under allotment

Have the room type listed next to room number on Booking Chart
It'd be great if we could view by room number on the Booking Chart but still see the room type for each room, either in an extra column or next to the room number.

Flag for a reservation/in-house
Similar to requirement section to have a Flag pop up small window that you can choose for any department to appear, example for reception to show a message on check in and or on check out. for instance, a flag is added for check in saying please wish happy birthday to Mr Smith, or on check out Flag to show guest borrow an adaptor please collect.

Default In/Out Movement Screen Date to Audit Date
Currently the In/Out Movement Screen defaults to the local time on your computer. After midnight, we are still checking in guests that are from the same audit date but it's defaulting to the next day. This is confusing and doesn't make any sense when checking in guests after midnight prior to the audit. I imagine most hotels are still checking in guests after midnight for the previous night. I would would suggest the same for the Booking Chart.

Guest Portal
Pre Check In > Mandatory information
Infants are required to enter a mobile number and email address or pre check in cannot proceed.
Functionality is required to turn this requirement off.
More functionality is also required for managers to choose the information the require.

I would like a text message notification when the MFI processor stops running
I would like a notification via text message as well as email when the MFI Processor stops running. Lately the MFI processor has been dropping out at night (power outages etc) when emails are not monitored. It would enable us to fix the issue before guests call us that they are not able to get through the boom gates.

Disable New Reservation Types From Automatically Being Added To Triggered Correspondence
Whenever we add a reservation type, the new reservation type is automatically given access to all of our triggered correspondence.
If we forget to disallow the new reservation type on all of our existing triggered correspondence, customers get automatic emails from properties that they are not going to be staying at, making it a confusing experience for everyone.

Set Rate on Group on the RMS Internet Booking Engine
IBE Group Reservation correspondence has never worked properly
Since the IBE payment always goes on the Group Master but the charges remain on the sibling reservations, there are no options for Group Reservations to ever receive an accurate triggered correspondence that properly shows "balance owing" or "payment made." Sibling reservations will always show a zero payment made with a full balance, and group master will always show a negative balance owing due to a payment but no charges.
Please turn this into a job so this gets corrected - it has been an issue for many years with no reasonable…

Simplified Replace Guest Tool for Group Reservations
Currently, when adding guest names to room numbers as part of a group, we can use either the Quick Add, Replace Guest, or set primary methods to change from the original names on the group res.
The Quick add method is great, love it. However, we still need to delete each of the original names in the group res (usually the booker's name or the group name).
Suggestion:
Have tick boxes next to each name so users can simply tick the old names to be deleted at one go, rather than having to delete them individually.3 votesThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

Move Location of "Book Via Interactive Map" button
When using the mobile version of the RMS IBE website, you do not see the "Book via Interactive Map" button unless you tap on the "Tap to modify reservation" option at the top. Customers have a hard time finding this unless we instruct them or they stumble across it on accident. Customers love to pick their site and this would make it a lot easier for them if the button was more visible when the results first loaded.

Make RMS booking Screens mor customisable
Using terms like Comp Id (what does even mean) How would a customer know
Remove these questions or the option to turn off
Yes, I would like to receive emails

If they tick these we can not send triggered corro - like a conformation email.
This is our tool to compete with the OTAs - please improve usability

Update the Requirements screen to show a Status column
It would be very helpful to show the Status of a requirement (e.g. Finished, Outstanding etc) as a column on the Requirements screen (both the actual requirements screen and the requirements at the bottom of a reservation). Otherwise you have to click on each requirement to open it to check it's status.

report writer
I recently discovered any reports I create in Report Writer & download to Excel do not include reservations that "opt out" of mailing campaigns. Please include an option to include these reservations as the figures I'm producing to management & owners is incorrect.
