Number of Nights Deposit
Deposit rules need an option for number of nights. Instead of "first night" it would be very helpful to instead have "nights" and allow us to enter in a number...ie for monthly renters we would like to require 7 nights vs a % as it is easier to explain. Same with annuals.

Set Permitted Guest Type Per Category
i would like to restrict children from certain categories on IBE, is this a possibility?
for example, we have an 4 x executive rooms and a one bedroom apartment that we dont allow children/infants in and people get most upset when i ring them to advise this ( it is mentioned on all the descriptions and the like, however they don't seem to read those) and by the children/infant option being removed they then no longer have that option. Is this a possibility?

Add Rate Type Selection to IBE Availability Calendar
IBE users able to chose desired rate type or tariff from Availability Calandar
Allow or preferably require guest IBE users to select the tariff or rate type when viewing the new RMS "Availability Calendar". Most likely just by having a drop down menu baked into the Availability Calendar or possibly by having calendar links by each rate type in results.

Discount Setup - Add Option for Amount to Apply Per Night or Total Stay
Discount Setup - $ Discount applied to Total Rate OR Nightly Rate
In the discount setup, the Amount Discount option is limited. If you have a nightly rate, you can only give a discount from the nightly rate. If you have a total rate, you can only give a discount on the total rate.
Ex. I use the nightly rate display for guests, but I would like to give a dollar value, like $10 off, for the total amount, not the nightly amount. Yes, there is a workaround with the percentage to not exceed $20, but this workaround is not…

Update Gender Options to be Inclusive
Gender Option on Reservation/ Field Maintenece
I would like to see/ edit the field maintenance when a guest is identifying as a particular gender, i.e. Male, Female, Trans, Non Binary etc.

Simplified Replace Guest Tool for Group Reservations
Currently, when adding guest names to room numbers as part of a group, we can use either the Quick Add, Replace Guest, or set primary methods to change from the original names on the group res.
The Quick add method is great, love it. However, we still need to delete each of the original names in the group res (usually the booker's name or the group name).
Suggestion:

Collect vaccination and QR codes

Good Sam for IBE
This option would allow guests who book online to input their own Good Sam membership information (number and expiration date), to be verified against the GS database and stored in their camper profile.

We require Data Window Booking Chart to display client email address as an option when reservation is hovered over. As the available fields are hard coded, we have been advised we cannot modify the available fields.

Display Group Master Account Balance on In/Out Movements for Rate on Group = Yes
I would like to be able to see group balance in the In/Out screen when rate is on group
At present when the rate is on the group - the In/Out screen will show a $0.00 balance even if there are rooms with a balance owing. This is because the rate is on the group rather than the individual room. Seeing the group balance would assist in ensuring that nothing is accidentally missed - especially when multiple users are using the system.

Option to Set Limit on Number of Requirments Bookable on the IBE
The ability to limit how many extras someone can add to there reservation via the IBE
When making a reservation on our own IBE and we get to the add extras section, there is the option to add up to 10 of each item. It would be beneficial if we had the ability to set a limit on how many of each extra a guest can purchase.

Present professional looking quotations
Hi There,
Sometimes we get request for quotes, would love a report option that we can pull out our room rates for selected rooms & tariffs, and price ranges or even specific dates.
I end up copy and pasting from website and send a bit of time making look pretty.

Go to Special Events from Rate Manager
Would be great if the Go to Special Events function from the Booking Chart was also available in Rate Manager for the ability to jump to specific dates when adjusting rates.

Add ID Icon to Guest Profile if Photo ID Uploaded in the Guest Portal

I need to be able to see whether a guest has uploaded photo ID on a reservation, it is to many steps to click through client area and edit, how do i know if it has been uploaded without continually clicking in all the reservations and clicking on client etc.

Option to 'Continue Session' After Auto Log-off
Our RMS is set to auto log-off after 10 minutes of inactivity. This was due to our res agents frequently swapping between computers and using each others logins.
Once the RMS session automatically logs out, is there an option to add "continue session"?
Perhaps the user can re-enter their password which will allow them to continue with what they were working on? i.e. a particular booking, form letter etc.We love the auto log-off feature but it can be frustrating if are called away from computer for 10+ minutes and return to find everything gone once logged out.

Add the Reservation Number to Guest Portal Receipt Emails
Receipt emails sent out to guests (after paying on the portal) don't have any reference to the reservation number, therefore if they reply on these emails, we don't know which booking it is.

Add Stock Sub Category as a Build Option on the Stock Control Report
I would like to be able to print Stock Control Reports by Sub Category as well as Stock Category
TO be able to sort by Sub Categories would allow easier manual inventories of Stock categories instead of entire departments
