Multiple Guest & Reservation Notes Fields
An additional note box that is specific to either a booking or a customer.

More Date Filters on Reports
Reports to include date range of "same month last year" and "Financial year".
I would like to be able to compare reports this month's revenue for example with the same month last year. We can only select last month, this month, next month. I know I can add a custom range, but would be quicker to have this button. Would be helpful for dashboard reports. There's no use comparing February's revenue to January's. I would like to compare this February to last February for a more helpful comparison.

Report Writer - Add Guest Date Modified Field to Search
Add Date Modified to Guest in report writer
I am trying to update our owner database. I have a template based on guest type = owner and owned as at = todays date.
I am able to get a list of all owners, but I can't determine when the last time their information was updated.
I would like the field 'Date Modified' added to the report writer Guest search table.

EDM - import your own EDM template
To enhance flexibility and user experience, it's currently possible to utilize and modify existing templates within the RMS's EDM module. Expanding this capability to allow the import of custom EDM templates into RMS would significantly benefit users, offering greater personalization and efficiency and branding.

Tariff Audit Report
Hi Team,
We would like to request for a report that would be able to identify any changes made in the tariff manager on any given day.
We want to see an audit trail of Tariff Overrides, Tariff Adjustments, and Daily Bar changes that is created and deleted everyday.
This has been asked by Auditors to make sure that we would be able to investigate any changes in the tariffs by a user access.

ETD - Departures
In/Out Movements
Have in the Departures section a box with the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD), rather than the ETA.
Then we can check if a late departure is arranged without having to go into each booking.2 votes -
Have icons for bedrooms and bathrooms on rooms/properties online
Our business type is holiday homes and apartments. We would love to add to the Sleep icon (number of people) other icons for bedrooms, bathrooms etc to show up on the booking page for individual areas/properties.

I would like 2nd deposits due to show on the Overdue Deposit List for Master Reservations.
Currently if the RMS reservation is listed as Master, the 2nd deposit is not showing, nor does the individual reservations show up on the Overdue Deposit Report. Could we either have a) Individual reservations on overdue deposit report or b) master reservation on overdue deposit report.

Exclude Fixed Reservations from Inventory for Channels
I would like channel managers (booking.com) to look at fixed reservations and not include as available inventory for "Quote" reservations
Currently booking.com does not look at FIXED reservations when looking at inventory for available nights. Booking.com will still allow a "Quote" reservation and disregards bookings that are fixed and cannot be moved.

Out of order Notes to appear in owners portal (purple bar)
The ability for Out of Order Notes to appear in the owners portal so owner can see why their property is marked as out of order For example: carpet steam cleaning, external pressure wash or gutter cleans, etc ...

Queue Arrivals
The ability to queue an arrival when guest physically arrives but room not ready which also appears on Housekeepers reports/screen, and in/out screens. Critical for large arrival days

Custom Alerts for Last Area Sold in a Date Range
It would be great if there is a notification for the last room sold for a particular period.

Recalculate Future Rates Utility by reservation status
Recalculate Future Rates utility doesn’t have a way to distinguish between Confirmed and Unconfirmed reservations. This makes it not useful as we take many reservations one year in advance, prior to rates being set for the following year, and we put those reservations in Unconfirmed status. Reservations coming in via IBE/other are Confirmed status. Once rates are set and we are ready to send deposit request emails, we want to recalculate the rates but only to Unconfirmed reservations. Currently we cannot do that have must manually recalculate rates for each reservations.

Grid Optimization
We would like to suggest a grid optimization feature to help prevent the creation of one-night gaps (orphan nights) in the booking grid. This would allow properties to automatically restrict arrivals that would create single-night gaps during high-demand periods, with the flexibility to apply rules by date range, season, or area/category. It would also be helpful to allow these orphan nights to be released within a defined last-minute window (for example, 1–2 days prior to arrival). This type of rule-based functionality would improve occupancy and revenue during peak seasons, reduce the need for manual grid monitoring, and be especially valuable…

I would like to have the ability to use the Site Number Status Report on my ipad. I am looking for a way to incorporate this report into our work flow allowing for pictures and notes to be added to each individual site number while simultaneously preforming our site number inspections.

I would like the RMS IBE wording to be more customisable in regards to 'sleeps x' (amount of people)
One of our properties is able to sell a cabin as a 1 or 2 bedroom.
On the IBE we currently have the room type displayed as '1 or 2 bedroom spa chalet'.
Underneath the room type name-it shows 'Sleeps 4'.
This is correct if they book the 2 bedroom rate option, but it allows guests to also book 4 people into the 1 bedroom.
I don't want to list the 2 room types seperately, which is why we have said 1 or 2 bedroom.If the wording could be changed to 'Sleeps up to 4' it would be clearer…
