Ability to click multiple messages in the message centre to archive or acknowledge
There needs to be a way to be able to select multiple messages in the message centre to archive them or mark acknowledged, especially for those in the Online section relating to connection issues.
I have multiple (thousands!) regarding a notification for 2 property ID's for our Agoda connection and they keep coming, with over 100 per day whilst I'm working through fixing the issue. I would like an option to reactivate all expired scheduled reports at once
When reports are set to expire in your message centre, you have to manually reactivate each one every 90 days. While reactivating the reports, sometimes it can load for up to a minute in between each reactivation.
I had 209 reports to reactivate in one day and it took me over an hour.Also if a reports have completely deactivated and sits in the 'Inactive' drop down under 'Scheduled Reports', it flicks back to the main reports page every time you reactivate one. Then you have to go back into the inactive section to do each one.

Add Dynamic Availability to create a scarcity of rooms and sense of urgency to book
There is nothing in sales quite like a sense of scarcity (thus urgency) to sell a product.
I suggest a new inventory feature to be created of Dynamic Availability where:
- out of total availability, a hotel can define the number/percentage of rooms in each category that are available for initial sale at any one time; and,
- as guests book, a hotel defines the proportion of their inventory that is released for sale (drip fed) at any time (subject to total rooms)

Add “Auto‑Adjust Seasonal Rate Validity” Feature for RMS Cloud
I’d like to suggest a new feature that would allow users to set automatic seasonal rate validity periods directly within RMS Cloud. Currently, rate access for corporate or negotiated rates remains active until manually removed, which can be time‑consuming when managing changing seasonal agreements and negotiated rates. By enabling a start and end date for rate validity, the system could automatically enable or disable rates based on the defined period, reducing manual updates and improving accuracy in rate management. How do you handle guest feedback that comes in after checkout in RMS Cloud?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice from other RMS Cloud users. We often receive guest feedback a few days after checkout (usually by email or review platforms), and I’m not sure what the best way is to record or link this feedback inside RMS Cloud.
Do you log it manually under the guest profile, attach it to the reservation, or manage it outside the system entirely? I’d like to keep things organized without creating duplicate records. Any practical workflows or tips would be really helpful.

Ability to manually sort Areas or Sites display order in Booking Chart
In the Booking Chart (and Rate Manager), the ability to manually sort site display order would be great! We us the Booking Chart in View By "Site (by Site Type Display Order) Collapsable" (misspelled in RMS). Under each Category (Site Type), the Areas (Sites) are listed numerically. Because our sites don't go 1 to 50, there are letters and dashes involved, it would be great if we could manually sort the Areas (Sites). It works if you change the Booking Chart Option to View By "Site (By Site Display Order)", but then you lose the Categories (Site Type). You can…

Improve Notifications & Task Automation
Suggest adding customizable notifications (email/SMS/in-app) based on department and booking status, along with the ability to automatically trigger recurring tasks (e.g., housekeeping reminders, maintenance, guest follow-ups, orbit kick). Request for Review and Improvement of RMS Adria Scan Document Scanning Process
Hi Support,
We would like to check if the document scanning process in RMS can be simplified.
Currently, we are using the Adria Scan module to scan guests’ ID cards, passports, or driving licences into RMS. In most cases, a single reservation includes multiple guests. Before scanning, we are required to manually create the corresponding number of guest profiles, click Save, and wait for the system to update before scanning can begin.

Guest to select preferred language of correspondance
We need an optional field on IBE to allow guest to choose preferred language of correspondance. This "correspondance language" field should then become available to triggers SMS or Email correspondance based on the language selected by the guest. This will remove the use of having long bilingual or trilingual form letters and SMS. The property will be able to automatically send a French confirmation letter to a guest who choose this language in the booking process for example. This feature is very common.

I would like to create a discount/promo code that is not the tariff name
Currently, a promo code can only be the tariff name. This causes a problem when we want to sell cabin or rooms as 1, 2 or 3 bedroom as the tariff needs to be named 1 bedroom 1 night or 2 bedroom 1 night. This means we can not use a promo code on the IBE for these properties.
Otherwise guests would need to type: 1bedroomPAY3STAY4, instead of just PAY3STAY4.Ideally, you should be able to make the promo code whatever word you want and apply it to the tariffs you want it to work on.

I would like to add 'Requirement' to data window
I would like to be able to show 'Requirements' in the data window when I hover over a res. It is currently not an option to select in customising the Data Window.
It will make it easier to see requirements for a res at a glance instead of going into each booking, or generating the Requirements List.1 vote -

I would like the maintenance function to be more user friendly for daily operations
It is great there is a maintenance function, however currently only the desktop version is available on the phone which is very small and hard to read or use on the go. A mobile version is not available.
There is no way for our maintenance team to see that a new job has been posted (like a notificatin sent to their phone for example). We still need to send a message in our group chat instead of just using RMS as a centralised point.
This would be a great function to further develop and make it much more user friendly.

To be able to add Charge Redirection to Payment modes
When adding a payment mode, you should be able have the relevant sundries or charge codes added to that payment mode so that you don't have to add it into charge redirection as well.

Form Letter Snippets
We have a lot of form letters with contain nearly identical information but with slight variances for specific situations.
If I need to change a section of the letters, I quite often have to modify dozens of templates.
It would be great if the system allowed us to create Form Letter Snippets which could be used as components within form letters.
The big advantage would be maintainability.

Guest Portal - Prevent a Banned Guest from booking online
We operate multiple caravan parks and have a banned guest list of people who are not permitted to enter our facilities. We have just introduced the online booking module, and we wish to prevent a banned guest from being able to make an online booking through the guest portal. If a banned guest was to successfully make a booking online, then our staff would have to manually cancel that booking and make contact with the banned guest to advise them and issue the refund. This loophole is not best practice for the system as further communications with a banned guest…

I would like to be able to set up a cancellation rule that allows cancellations AFTER the default check-in time
Many corporate contracts demand same day cancellations and often this can be after the official check-in time of 2pm (eg. 6pm same day CXL). Currently there is no way to set up this rule in RMS.
