Assets Maintenence - Add Report for Assets
Currently you can only print a PDF of the menu view which is limiting as it does not show all the fields for the Asset and has limited search/filter options.
It would be great to have a report that would have options for Property and Asset Type and then show at least the following information.
-Description
-Code
-Asset Type
-Asset Sub Type
-Associated To
-Model Name
-Serial No
-Manufacturer Warranty End
-Value New
-NotesAll fields available for printing would be ideal.
Being able to export this list to CSV and Excel would be beneficial.

Assets - Add Filter for Property
As an Enterprise User all Assets for all properties are listed in this view. It would be beneficial to have a property filter to return results based on the selected property. It's confusing for other lodges to see Assets for Other Lodges here. Currently we need a prefix code in the asset description so we can filter results.

recurring charge option in the Owner's Adhoc
A recurring charge option in the Owner's Adhoc or Manager tab would be extremely helpful.
Currently, there is a "Create Expense" function in the Manager tab, but it only supports monthly charges and still requires manual processing.
It would be ideal to have the ability to set up daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring charges directly in the Adhoc tab.
Having this feature would greatly streamline processes and help prevent missed charges, especially when managing a large number of properties.

Traces functionality
Functionality to apply Traces against Rate Type - so when a rate is selected traces are automatically applied to the reservation.
Functionality so that within the Reservation the requirements/traces listed have a column to show what has been COMPLETED - so at a quick glance can see what is outstanding when looking at a reservation. Once marked completion no visual change to the list.

I would love to suggest the integration of a fun and creative short video platform similar to existing social entertainment apps. This would add a new dimension of engagement for users and open up opportunities for businesses and creators alike.

The Booking Total and Deposit Required for Online Booking Don't Match When a Guest Enters a Promo Code
When a discount is added after the deposit rule is set, the Deposit Total should update to match the Booking Total and the Total Rate fields, especially for online booking because guests don't have the capability to manually change the deposit required field to match the total amount due after a promo code has been entered. Arrival report and true balance
The arrival report does not give a true balance. On the account section beside Folio is shows the credit which is displayed on the report. This is not the balance due on the account. The number displayed beside it in () is the correct amount owed and is what needs to be displayed on the arrival reports.

Improving RMS Flexibility: Beyond Simple Maximum Occupancy
The existing RMS system has limited flexibility in terms of determining maximum occupancy. For a room type with a maximum capacity of four people, we must accommodate particular combinations such as two adults and two children or three adults. However, we cannot currently restrict combinations such as 3 adults + 1 child or 4 adults (although 4 adults Monkey Mart can be managed via rate tables). Ability to Hide add ons and area class In allotment setup.
Similar to how in the availability screen you can sort by category class, the ability to filter these in the allotment screen would be helpful as we have a number of room types, add ons and other area classes setup it can be hard work to scroll through to find and add the correct rooms into allotments when creating them

Add charge redirection to audit trail
Add any add/delete/modification of charge redirection to audit trail of reservation & user audit trail. Currently any add/delete or modification is not shown in audit trail.

Housekeeping portal to record if minibar is required
Housekeeping to be able to tick a customisable field, in this case "Minibar" so the information would show up on a report run on the day by a room number basis. This report could then be given to staff member to restock minibar efficiently by only going to the rooms that minibar is required. An advanced version of this idea would a dedicated minibar section where housekeepers could record actual minibar usage.

Subject: Feature Request – Daily Percentage-wise Guest Status Report by Property
Dear RMS Cloud Team,
I would like to request a feature enhancement to generate a daily percentage-wise report for each property (or selected properties) within the RMS system, based on guest status categories.
Currently, our housekeeping team is manually submitting this report, but we believe that integrating it into the system would significantly improve accuracy, efficiency, and smart monitoring.

Sync Housekeeping Requirements with Tasks
When a housekeeping requirement is added to a reservation and appears in the housekeeping roster, it should automatically sync with the Housekeeping Tasks list. I have to manually re-enter it into the app, creating unnecessary double handling. Automating this would save time and reduce manual entry errors.

I would like to add a permission for Superusers to override dates in Guest accounts to extend expiration of their credits
Sometimes due to extenuating circumstances, we need to extend a credit amount in a guest account. If you could add an override or permission for the Superuser to extend the credit expiration dates.

Allow a colour palette for Travel agent in the drop down box in the bookings chart
I would like to have the ability to look at my guests reservation in the bookings chart and select "Travel Agent" from the drop down box. Then be able to see a different colour representing each different Travel Agent and to be able to select a colour which I want to use to represent the travel agent that the guest has booked through. At the same time be able to see the guests name in the cell which represents the booking, eg Booked through booking.com is blue and the surmane is over-wriiten on the colour..
