Occupancy Report Breakdown with Day of Week Comparisons
it would be very useful to be able to breakdown weekend vs mid-week occupancy in reports. This is a useful yield and rate setting tool.

Add option to Tokenize on the reciept screen
Allow the option to tokenize the credit card when first used on the receipt screen. It would save a step or two... especially with new operators or when in a hurry to take the payment. It would save making a special action to tokenize.

Add Pencil as a Button on the Add Reservation Screen
Could we have a "Pencil Button" added to the reservation screen right next to Quote & Confirm buttons. as the customer usually waits until you have all there details, you then ask for a deposit the customer then asks can I get back to you with that or can you just pencil me in... the customer never starts the enquiry with "can you please pencil me in"

We appreciate the valuable feedback of our customers and encourage you to review suggestions made by some of our other customers to vote on those which would be of benefit to you.
We will continue to monitor this suggestion for feedback and update again with any changes.
In the interim, you may find it helpful for your situation to start with a Pencil Reservation and use the Convert to Reservation option once the customer on the phone agrees to pay the required Deposit. You can also lookup an existing Guest Profile on the Pencil Reservation screen which can save you valuable time re-entering the information when they change their mind to ‘pencil me in’.

Option to Void Charges on Cancel Reservation
Add the ability for a user to select to void charges off the Reservation Account when Cancelling a Reservation.
