Guests Credit Cards in the Pre Check In Portal When Company is paying on 30 Day account
When a company has been selected in the "bill to" section for both Accom and Extras there shouldnt be a requirement when completing the pre check in for a credit card to be entered.
We have a lot of issues with guests not wanting to place a credit card if the company is covering all charges.1 vote -

Similar to custom labels for Guest, add a Yes/No customizable field to Site Type. For Example, not all of our sites are rentable so I would like to add a custom field that says 'Rental Program' with a Yes/No option.

Create a report that will give occupancy rates based on an attribute. I would like to know if our sites with a specific attribute get more rentals than others.

Report Writer - Add Guest Date Modified Field to Search
Add Date Modified to Guest in report writer
I am trying to update our owner database. I have a template based on guest type = owner and owned as at = todays date.
I am able to get a list of all owners, but I can't determine when the last time their information was updated.
I would like the field 'Date Modified' added to the report writer Guest search table.

Add Credit Card Transaction Fee Toggle to Direct Payments
Under Utilities -> Direct Payments -> Charge Credit Card works great to bulk charge guests. But a on and off toggle for "Apply Credit Card Transaction Fee" would make it even better. Right now we apply a credit card transaction fee to all reservations, but not to water and electric charges. The ability to turn off the credit card transaction fee (by security profile - managers and above) would be very helpful. Thanks for speeding up our operations!

Guest Profile Pronouns Option
A section on the guest profile to have optional pronouns for guests, similar to titles mr. miss. dr. prof, etc. Optional for guests to fill out on direct bookings.

A search function on the channel manager would be really useful instead of scrolling through rate codes to find the one you are looking for.

Qantas / Jetstar Virtual Credit Card to drop into RMS
Currently, Qantas / Jetstar bookings don't have the VCC's drop into the system. Have them drop into RMS

EDM - import your own EDM template
To enhance flexibility and user experience, it's currently possible to utilize and modify existing templates within the RMS's EDM module. Expanding this capability to allow the import of custom EDM templates into RMS would significantly benefit users, offering greater personalization and efficiency and branding.

Guest Portal
Pre Check In > Mandatory information
Infants are required to enter a mobile number and email address or pre check in cannot proceed.
Functionality is required to turn this requirement off.
More functionality is also required for managers to choose the information the require.

Availability Chart on Corporate Portal
We would like to have an availability chart accessible to for agents so they can easily see where the gaps may be in availability. Right now there is no easy way for them to do this, other than to constantly adjust dates until they find availability. It could look like the Availability Chart we have access too or a simple booking chart.
We want to make the Corporate Portal as easy to use and informative as possible to help generate more bookings through our Agent partners.2 votes -
Credit Limit Within a Company Profile Applies To All Properties Within An Organisation
Where a credit value has been inputted within a company profile, the limit applies as a total to the company, regardless of which property they book within the Group. In addition, the credit limit value remains, regardless of the number of invoices being generated, the total of all invoices does not exceed the total available credit.
Example: Company A has a $5,000 limit. If they book at Property A and charges are invoiced back for $4,000, then Company A only has $1,000 remaining available for all properties, until the initial $4,000k is paid, resetting their total limit.

Complete Pre-Check In for Group Reservation
The ability for the guest in the master profile of a group reservation, to complete pre-check in on behalf of all guest whilst also showing a complete room list on the digital registration card they are signing on behalf.
Additionally, when completed, this recorded the group has completed pre-check in and reflects on the Pre-Check In Report.
This would be ideal for inhound groups, sporting groups or corporate groups.

The ability to over ride triggered correspondence when your manually sending it out.
In my business, every day guests are sent arrival codes via SMS at a time earlier than the scheduled time to trigger the SMS correspondence to them, as there is always someone who calls and asks for an early checkin.
In these circumstances you dont want the SMS to trigger at the designated time, as it has already been sent to the guest (not a good look to be sending it again and a complete waste of money sending a second time).
There needs to be either :

I would like the international dialling code to be able to be set as mandatory.
Currently, there is no way to set the international dialling code to mandatory. If this is going to be a required field for SMS moving forward, it should be a mandatory field OR the ability to set it as mandatory for those who utilise the SMS modules.

I would like the country code for phone field in RMS be searchable by country name
If we could search the country name, eg Portugal, to find the country's international dialling code. I would not know it's code is PRT and code is +351. There needs to be a better way to search this field.

Complimentary Upgrades
When we are complimentary upgrading our guests the new update on RMS results in 'Would you like to re-create the tariff' is automatically set to YES. This is causing overcharging in our system.
The option to have this default to NO, as it did prior to the most recent RMS update would greatly help our system.4 votes
