Enhanced Multi-Property Dashboard with Cross-Property Reporting
As a user managing multiple properties within RMS Cloud, it would be incredibly helpful to have an enhanced multi-property dashboard that offers centralized access to cross-property reporting, real-time performance metrics, and combined occupancy data.
Currently, navigating between properties and manually pulling individual reports can be time-consuming. Having a unified view would improve operational efficiency and provide better insight for corporate-level management.

The Owner Bank Details field should be cleared of special characters.
In the Owners Bank Account field, disable the usage of special characters. Recently, we encountered an ABA file that kept failing to upload to the bank. We were simply receiving the error that a line included too many characters. We discovered one errant apostrophe after spending hours and hours removing the letters in this area. This character is not acceptable to the bank.

Remove Deposit field on account column
We would like to be able to remove the deposit and dep req by field from the account column as per phone conversation with your team it has nothing to do if they booking has been paid already or not. Apparently it will always show that amount even if paid which can be confustion for our reception team. It would be great in general to be able to adjust the account column to our needs.

Not allowing bookings to leave short undesirable vacancies
I recently booked event tickets on Ticketmaster and it wouldn't allow me to leave a single vacant seat.
I thought this would be valuable for accommodation so that at a time where a 1 night stay is not desired a booking won't be allowed to be made if it leaves a 1 night gap between it and the departure of the previous booking.
In a way it would be a dynamic software controlled closure to arrival/closure to departure which adapts depending upon the known minimum length of stay and the pre-existing bookings.1 vote -
Out of Service for individual Maintenance Tickets
It would be fantastic to have the ability to control which maintenance orders are included in the occupancy calculation and which ones are not.
Currently, you can switch it for the entire property, but for strata title, when a room is going in or out of the inventory pool it is traditionally made available to sell several weeks in advance to be able to start selling the room, however this starts to skew occupancy immediately.
Also useful for longer term renovations that should not be reported to STR.

categorise special events with a set colour
Would be good to be able to have a category for special events to chose, which would then associate a specific colour for it so it's easily identified at the top of a chart.
For example, school holidays are a grey colour; long weekends are a light purple.
Being able to categorise and have that set against a special event grouping would make it a more efficient use of that function for easy visibility for all users.

Automated annual expenses to owners
Would be great to have automated annual expense drop onto owner statements.
We already use the monthly frequency, and other options under EOM expenses, but it would be useful to have yearly as an option, as we manually do annual charges through the bulk charges function.

Housekeeping - departure block based on time
We currently have a departure block under Housekeeping for some properties that have longer cleaner, and it's not possible for a same day arrival.
It is an option to add another type departure block that would apply for all properties (whether owner or guest booking) when the departure time is after 12pm, it automatically puts in a departure block so that someone cannot arrive that same day, as it won't be serviced?
For example, an owner booking to 4pm, means a guest cannot arrive that day, and we are manually placing a cleaner block.

Monies Held In Trust report - ability to customise more
We use the Monies Held In Trust report, and I'm then doing sorting and filtering in the downloaded excel file.
Can there be option to add on extra customisation options especially around grouping in the report selections (there is only apart from the "Sort by" and "Group by"), so that they can be grouped by status, eg cancelled, departed; or by account type, eg client or reservation?

Option for owner to provided updated insurance details & upload new CoC in portal
Just wondering if it's possible as a future enhancement that owners can update their insurance details (expiry date, insurance provider etc) which would fill to the matching fields in their RMS clients?
And it would be great it they could upload the CoC document also, which then records onto their correspondence tab.
Or, have the ability for trigger setup to send an insurance reminder document (we currently do all this manually), with the trigger able to read the date of insurance expiry in the owner client record and fire based upon that date (for example, send 7 days prior to…

Check Out button on Guest Portal link so guests can easily check themselves out
There needs to be a Check Out button on the main screen to select in the Guest Portal link. We send our guests a Check Out link via SMS but not many seem to be able to figure out how to check out! They need to click on the Settings cog, to then see the Check Out option. The only see Pay Total (all our guests pay 7 days prior so they don't click this as they have already paid) and Details tab on the main screen.

Manually pause or cancel a trigger
To be able to cancel triggered correspondance on an individual booking. There are occations where you do not need to send something to a guest and you're unable to stop a trigger from sending out.

To skip the shopping cart and proceed directly to checkout, add an IBE Query String.
The IBE shopping cart is helpful for reserving multiple rooms, but it is not very user-friendly for booking only one hotel, which accounts for the great majority of online reservations.
We frequently receive calls from guests who are unable to conclude their reservation because they are unable to figure it out. Other instances include IBE pencil reservations depleting inventory as guests simply keep adding rooms to the cart while believing it isn't working.

Assets Maintenence - Add Report for Assets
Currently you can only print a PDF of the menu view which is limiting as it does not show all the fields for the Asset and has limited search/filter options.
It would be great to have a report that would have options for Property and Asset Type and then show at least the following information.
-Description
-Code
-Asset Type
-Asset Sub Type
-Associated To
-Model Name
-Serial No
-Manufacturer Warranty End
-Value New
-NotesAll fields available for printing would be ideal.
Being able to export this list to CSV and Excel would be beneficial.

Assets - Add Filter for Property
As an Enterprise User all Assets for all properties are listed in this view. It would be beneficial to have a property filter to return results based on the selected property. It's confusing for other lodges to see Assets for Other Lodges here. Currently we need a prefix code in the asset description so we can filter results.

Present Requirements based on either Rate Type or Date
It would be great if we could present Requirements to guests via the IBE based on the rate type ie. room only rates present breakfast as an option but rate types that include breakfast don't. In addition it would be ideal if we could present requirements based on a date, so for example if a guest is booking a stay on an evening where a Dinner & Wine pairing event is scheduled, then the guest is presented this option as a requirement when booking.

Form Letters Merge Field to Calculate Rate for Upgraded Room Type
Upgrading rooms is a useful way to increase income, particularly during the quieter periods.
It would be great to have a merge field that would recalculate the total tariff based on a different room type. The merge field would need to include a parameter to indicate the room type to be calculated.
This way we could quickly offer upgrades in our standard letters, alone the lines of.

recurring charge option in the Owner's Adhoc
A recurring charge option in the Owner's Adhoc or Manager tab would be extremely helpful.
Currently, there is a "Create Expense" function in the Manager tab, but it only supports monthly charges and still requires manual processing.
It would be ideal to have the ability to set up daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring charges directly in the Adhoc tab.
Having this feature would greatly streamline processes and help prevent missed charges, especially when managing a large number of properties.
