I've been using RMS for some time and appreciate its capabilities. However, I believe it could be significantly improved by integrating more comprehensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) features. RMS does an excellent job with reservation and guest management, but by incorporating elements like inventory control, financial management, and supplier coordination within the same platform, it would streamline operations and reduce the need for multiple software solutions. This integration would not only enhance data accuracy but also provide a more holistic view of the business, allowing for better decision-making and efficiency. It would be a game-changer for users who need a more all-encompassing system to manage their hospitality business.
