RMS POS Payment transfer to RMS PMS needs to allow for more payment types
We have found that the ability to map different payment types in the RMS POS (SwiftPOS) system to Payment types in RMS 9+ is very limited.
We are wanting to map Gift Vouchers in the RMS POS system to a different Payment type in RMS 9+ such as "gift vouchers", but we cannot. Only allows EFTPOS/Credit Card, Cash and Direct Credit - very limiting and inflexible.
The default for RMS techs is to setup POS Gift vouchers to "CASH" type in RMS 9+, which is very wrong. Needs to go elsewhere so we can tack vouchers in our Balance sheet,…

POS Lite Receipts Customisation
Currently, the POS Lite receipts are not customisable and they print the same Terms and Conditions as a normal receipt related to a booking payment. Ts and Cs for POS sales are not required as these are typically cash sales that are not sent to a reservation.
Customers ask for Tax invoices from time to time.
- POS Lite receipts should be a different layout
- Need to be able to print "tax invoice" with GST properly handled.

One login for multiple RMS Client IDs
I support multiple RMS sites and have multiple logins - 1 per Client ID. I log in and out multiple times per day which is frustrating and time consuming.
I want to be able to log in once, and then quick switch between which Client ID I have active. I could have different security profiles in each Client ID which are active when I switch.
Please implement this it will make life so much easier.

I would like the mandatory fields have a minimum requirement and exclusion of some combinations.
the Mandatory fields are being filled out with . or na or n/a or TBA. Could these fields be excluded and not allow the user to save if these have been entered.

Present professional looking quotations
Would love to spit out pretty looking quotes like how the IBE screens look, so you can attach via PDF or copy and paste into an email. With some pictures and room information, and pretty clear dates for a quote. Even a Quote Number if they want to book.

Be able to load rate restrictions that still allow room moves
I want to restrict a rate plan from being booked any more due to occupancy but I have found that I can't, as if a guest needs to move to another slip it is not possible without selecting a different rate plan. Therefore the restrictions are un-usable as is. Would like to allow room/slip moves if a rate plan is restricted so that I can use this feature.

Be able to run a report on future promotions booked
Currently I can only see what booked promotions are in-house or in the past. I'd like to see how many I have booked in the future. It is imperative to be able to see how a campaign is performing prior to completion. Currently I'm running a new promotion spanning out 6 months. I have no idea if I have booked any until they have departed. Difficult to report on to ownership, marketing team etc

Form Letter Template for Emailed Receipts, Statements & Tax Invoices
I would like to be able to change the formatting/wording on email refund so it is received better by our guests.
The wording in the body of the email is very plain.

To be able to process Blind Refunds with CC Token on file
Currently if you need to process a blind refund you have to have the full card details. 99.99% of the time they exist as a token on file but currently you can't use that token to process the blind refund. Understanding blind refunds shouldn't be the default setting for refunding people, sometimes they are inevitable, and it makes an already insecure process more insecure by having to acquire the CC information again rather than using the secure information already on file.

Reports in Pivot Friendly Format
Hi, I am a Revenue Manager and we run reports from RMS all the time, it would be great if we can have the export in "Pivot Friendly" format.
Currently we can run reports in .csv but the Date fields (formats) are non customizable even when downloaded to excel.

Can search by tax code for Travel Agent
Same as Company, It would be great if we can search Travel Agent by tax code, it will avoid us to create duplicate TA. Tax code is unique.

Requirement Charge Daily should be post when run night audit
When tick Charge require daily, it will post the amount charge for whole period on the 1st day check in. It should be post one by one, day by day when run night audit. In case guest use some days then cancel , do not use any more, FO have to void.

Loading message for RMS IBE URL search
Currently we use URL modifiers and the RMS IBE for a "Search all accom" on these dates - as we have to search a large number of properties (categories) there is a large 4-7 second lag while the page loads (betaboooking8.blablabla).
It would be great to have a "Results loading" gif/image that appears on this white page, so we do not lose customers at this point.
It would be great if we could also upload a company logo as SVG at this point, but even a generic text based "Results loading" would be better than the current white screen.

Corporate Portal - List individual reservations under the Group Master booking
In the corporate Portal, if there is a Group Master Reservation, it should be listed on the main page and then the individual reservations should be listed under a dropdown from the group master. At the moment it is very confusing as a group of 5 areas is listed 6 times (group and each individual area)

Change online calendar wording when a day is restricted for booking
I've made Saturday a non-book in day, so that I don't have people booking a Thursday/Friday and leaving Saturday, which is a higher rate, not booked. However, this means that it says"Depart Only" on the Guest Booking Calendar. Is there any way of changing that term to something like "no arrival or depart" instead. It's a bit confusing the way it reads at the moment for guests.
The front facing to guests part of RMS needs some work. The backend is brilliant.
