There should be the option of putting ARR and occupancy percentage for each room category for budget, accordingly system should calculate the total revenue and room nights budgeted.

Add trigger rule option for changing arrival or departure date of booking
It would be good to have a new trigger rule option that can fire when the arrival or departure date of a booking is changed.
That was the guest can receive an updated booking confirmation based on arriving a day earlier for example, and they can automatically receive the new confirmation by email or SMS.
Currently the only option to use for this functionality is when you click save on a booking, which could be for a variety of reasons, so having a specific date change trigger would be handy.

Currently RMS will only allow one or the other. RMS goes a bit haywire if both are setup. Prices do not adjust and rooms appear sold out on some OTA's
Example of use: We have a self check-in and booking kiosk where Walk-ins can make their own booking onsite, pay and collect their key. Different users on an account to be able to save their own lists of favourite sundries
I recently discovered I could add favorites to my sundries last that comes up when I am loading checksheets.
The upshot of this is that I can just click on each item and add numbers rather than typing in name and scrolling, thus saving time. I also group items that costs the same together so I have less lines to add.
My question is this - can each user have a seperate list of favorites specific to them to help speed up their process. eg under mystays we currently have 7 GEMs with items specific to them for their houses,…1 vote -

How to Set Up Automated Reports in RMS Cloud?
I've been trying to streamline reporting for my team and wondered if anyone has experience with setting up automated reports in RMS Cloud? I’d like to send daily or weekly summaries without manual intervention. Is there a way to do this directly in RMS, or would I need to use an external tool? late checkout full automation
Newbook has the facility where it will recognise if the site or cabin is available the next day and send an automated text to the guest to offer a late checkout. The guest can then respond with a particular response, this will then activate for a charge to be raised and then park staff will charge the credit card on file. Would be great to see RMS have a similar option.

Notification when pencil reservation expire
Could the reservation screen please feature a "Pencil Button" next to the Quote & Confirm buttons? The consumer never begins the inquiry with "can you please pencil me in" since they often wait until you have all of their information before you ask for a deposit. Instead, they ask, "Can I get back to you with that or can you just pencil me in drift boss?"

We would like out of service to be a separate security from the maintenance section so we can give access to out of service and not maintenance as a whole section.

Option to download guest ID from profile
Would be good if we could download/open the guest photo ID from the client profile. If it has been scanned or uploaded as a small image it is almost impossible to see the details on it.

Add Custom Images to Guest Portal
We'd really like the option to remove the category images and replace with a standard background image just for the guest portal. We don't want a carousel of images which is quite distracting for a guest.

I'd like more options for group reservations.
A clear separation between multiple bookings (2 or 3 rooms) and actual group 10/20 rooms.
Also reports option. It is important to our yielding that we are aware of the groups we have on the books, once it has different cancelations policy and cutoff periods.
I know RMS offers allotments, but it does not give us much options or reports on it.1 vote -
Have the room type listed next to room number on Booking Chart
It'd be great if we could view by room number on the Booking Chart but still see the room type for each room, either in an extra column or next to the room number.

Nationalities in order of roomnights and revenue
Need a report on nationalities in decreasing order by roomnights and revenue with the option to choose one or the other.
Nationalities are key for a property strategy and the fact that we have to manually create a report starting from the alphabetical order is not efficient, can lead to mistakes and is super time consuming.1 vote -
Allow us to schedule Auto Area Allocation rules to automatically allocate a certain no. of days in advance of arrival, defined by property
Currently the Auto Area Allocation process is a manual task to select bookings and auto allocate. Ideally we'd like a job to do the auto allocation to be able to be scheduled to run against unallocated bookings a certain no of days prior to arrival
Would be great if you could have length of booking and lead time to arrival date to be defined by property and properties opted in or out

Flag for a reservation/in-house
Similar to requirement section to have a Flag pop up small window that you can choose for any department to appear, example for reception to show a message on check in and or on check out. for instance, a flag is added for check in saying please wish happy birthday to Mr Smith, or on check out Flag to show guest borrow an adaptor please collect.

View 'Token Created Date' under existing token in Folio
When charging someone's credit card, it would be great if you could see the date created for the token.
