Optimization for Available unsold Nights
Since we are a seasonal business, getting the most out of the 3 months is important. We spend hours each week going through the booking chart moving reservations to back up other reservations within the same site type. Therefore there are no "holes" and hoping to move the reservations so guests do not have to jump from one cottage to another, in order to stay with us 3 nights. It would be nice if managers had the ability to hit 1 button that states "optimize" so that it would shuffle the sites to open up longer stays in a row.…

Complimentary Upgrades
When we are complimentary upgrading our guests the new update on RMS results in 'Would you like to re-create the tariff' is automatically set to YES. This is causing overcharging in our system.
The option to have this default to NO, as it did prior to the most recent RMS update would greatly help our system.4 votes -
Adding additional guests on Guest Portal
This has caused a major pain with duplicate accounts and we have to merge all the time because the same phone number or email was used. When adding a guest, it would be nice if it asked if it was a child, spouse, etc. When quests add their children, they end up adding their phone and email addresses. It would be nice if it was intuitive enough to put age or DOB for a child. Offer n/a if that is possible. Not always assuming each guest is an adult. Mandatory Fields, need to be mandatory on online reservations.
Each company has mandatory fields that have to be completed when making a reservation. What I do not understand is when guests make an online reservations, Those fields are not mandatory to them. Example: They do not have to fill in kids, vehicles, or pets. It is very frustrating to get called in the middle of the night because they have a 2nd vehicle coming in and only 1 pass was given.

Bulk status change
Ability to change reservation status via the In/Out movement page. Similar to selecting multiple reservations and 'checking in' all at once.

More Date Filters on Reports
Reports to include date range of "same month last year" and "Financial year".
I would like to be able to compare reports this month's revenue for example with the same month last year. We can only select last month, this month, next month. I know I can add a custom range, but would be quicker to have this button. Would be helpful for dashboard reports. There's no use comparing February's revenue to January's. I would like to compare this February to last February for a more helpful comparison.

When a customer uses a pay-by-link that is sent to them via sms it would be really helpful if a receipt of the payment could be sent automatically.

Report Writer - Add Guest Date Modified Field to Search
Add Date Modified to Guest in report writer
I am trying to update our owner database. I have a template based on guest type = owner and owned as at = todays date.
I am able to get a list of all owners, but I can't determine when the last time their information was updated.
I would like the field 'Date Modified' added to the report writer Guest search table.

Guest Profile Pronouns Option
A section on the guest profile to have optional pronouns for guests, similar to titles mr. miss. dr. prof, etc. Optional for guests to fill out on direct bookings.

Record Pro Forma Invoice Creation in the Audit Trail
Include the generation of proforma invoice or invoice in Audit Trail so we can check when were the invoices created
The audit trail of a reservation shows many changes but does not reflect when a proforma invoice or invoice is generated. This is useful to check when the invoice is presented to the guest.

I would like a text message notification when the MFI processor stops running
I would like a notification via text message as well as email when the MFI Processor stops running. Lately the MFI processor has been dropping out at night (power outages etc) when emails are not monitored. It would enable us to fix the issue before guests call us that they are not able to get through the boom gates.

EDM - import your own EDM template
To enhance flexibility and user experience, it's currently possible to utilize and modify existing templates within the RMS's EDM module. Expanding this capability to allow the import of custom EDM templates into RMS would significantly benefit users, offering greater personalization and efficiency and branding.

Custom Label Added Control Panel Restrictions
Have the ability to name a restriction in Rate Manager for our own records, or put a note against it
Just wondering if there is currently (or could be?) the ability to name a restriction for our own records, or put a note against it?
For example, I've just applied some Clear Stop Sell and new Stop Sell, so that I could release the restriction of 25 Dec 2024 onwards for online bookings, and then place one from 8 Jan 2025 as I start rolling out availability to online.

Availability Chart on Corporate Portal
We would like to have an availability chart accessible to for agents so they can easily see where the gaps may be in availability. Right now there is no easy way for them to do this, other than to constantly adjust dates until they find availability. It could look like the Availability Chart we have access too or a simple booking chart.

I would like the international dialling code to be able to be set as mandatory.
Currently, there is no way to set the international dialling code to mandatory. If this is going to be a required field for SMS moving forward, it should be a mandatory field OR the ability to set it as mandatory for those who utilise the SMS modules.

Guests Credit Cards in the Pre Check In Portal When Company is paying on 30 Day account
When a company has been selected in the "bill to" section for both Accom and Extras there shouldnt be a requirement when completing the pre check in for a credit card to be entered.
We have a lot of issues with guests not wanting to place a credit card if the company is covering all charges.1 vote -
