I would like 2nd deposits due to show on the Overdue Deposit List for Master Reservations.
Currently if the RMS reservation is listed as Master, the 2nd deposit is not showing, nor does the individual reservations show up on the Overdue Deposit Report. Could we either have a) Individual reservations on overdue deposit report or b) master reservation on overdue deposit report.

Exclude Fixed Reservations from Inventory for Channels
I would like channel managers (booking.com) to look at fixed reservations and not include as available inventory for "Quote" reservations
Currently booking.com does not look at FIXED reservations when looking at inventory for available nights. Booking.com will still allow a "Quote" reservation and disregards bookings that are fixed and cannot be moved.

Out of order Notes to appear in owners portal (purple bar)
The ability for Out of Order Notes to appear in the owners portal so owner can see why their property is marked as out of order For example: carpet steam cleaning, external pressure wash or gutter cleans, etc ...

Queue Arrivals
The ability to queue an arrival when guest physically arrives but room not ready which also appears on Housekeepers reports/screen, and in/out screens. Critical for large arrival days

Custom Alerts for Last Area Sold in a Date Range
It would be great if there is a notification for the last room sold for a particular period.

Auto-release MLOS restriction on orphan dates
An option to allow ( or not ) RMS to release automatically MLOS restrictions when occupancy on surrounding dates encapsulate the availabilities to a shorter length than the MLOS. Example, if July 22nd is under a 2 nights MLOS, I want RMS to automatically release this restriction if the 23rd and the 21st got booked by any other reservations. Managers who dont want to miss bookings for that reason can activate the auto-release option.

I would like to create a discount/promo code that is not the tariff name
Currently, a promo code can only be the tariff name. This causes a problem when we want to sell cabin or rooms as 1, 2 or 3 bedroom as the tariff needs to be named 1 bedroom 1 night or 2 bedroom 1 night. This means we can not use a promo code on the IBE for these properties.
Otherwise guests would need to type: 1bedroomPAY3STAY4, instead of just PAY3STAY4.Ideally, you should be able to make the promo code whatever word you want and apply it to the tariffs you want it to work on.

I would like to add 'Requirement' to data window
I would like to be able to show 'Requirements' in the data window when I hover over a res. It is currently not an option to select in customising the Data Window.
It will make it easier to see requirements for a res at a glance instead of going into each booking, or generating the Requirements List.1 vote -

Message Centre - ability to ajust message centre according to user profiles
I created a security profile for our maintenance team as well as Housekeeping Supervisor.
Unfortunately in their message centre it is showing all new bookings and other inboxes, which are absolutely not relevant for them.
Ideally it should only show internal communications and if they have a new job assigned, but there is not option to filter which messages should show for each user profile.It would be great to have a function for this.

I would like the maintenance function to be more user friendly for daily operations
It is great there is a maintenance function, however currently only the desktop version is available on the phone which is very small and hard to read or use on the go. A mobile version is not available.
There is no way for our maintenance team to see that a new job has been posted (like a notificatin sent to their phone for example). We still need to send a message in our group chat instead of just using RMS as a centralised point.
This would be a great function to further develop and make it much more user friendly.

Capability to queue an arrival
The capability to queue an arrival when a guest physically arrives at the property, even when their assigned room is not yet ready, is essential for managing guest satisfaction. To be able to add Charge Redirection to Payment modes
When adding a payment mode, you should be able have the relevant sundries or charge codes added to that payment mode so that you don't have to add it into charge redirection as well.
