Tourplan channel connection
It would be great if we could RMS could connect with this channel as a number of major inbound/wholesale agents use this channel for making reservations.

Visual status on to do chart
Right now when we open the To Do Chart its very hard to visualize if a task has already been completed or if it is still pending.
It would be great if the completed tasks would be crossed over or change color. Same thing for overdue tasks.

The ability to pause requirements being available through a bulk edit, or linked to the code groupings
It would be extremely useful to have the ability to pause requirements being available through a bulk edit, or linked to the code grouping.
We have an external linen provider for a location that is going to be away for a period of time, and the only way to mark the requirements as unavailable for that period was to update the validation settings in all 300 requirements.
The requirements needs to have a bulk update option where multiple requirements can be select, or that the update can be made to groups of requirements (where connected by the code that groups…

Add Country and IATA number to New Travel Agent report
Add Country and IATA number to New Travel Agent report
Missing Country causes issues when submitting Travel Agent commissions to Onyx. Knowing which new TAs do not have a country will help to avoid commission requests not being processed.Adding IATA will help us find new travel agents with same or similar name as existing Travel Agent like AAA Travel or BCD Travel

Guest Portal
Pre Check In > Mandatory information
Infants are required to enter a mobile number and email address or pre check in cannot proceed.
Functionality is required to turn this requirement off.
More functionality is also required for managers to choose the information the require.

I would like the Credit Card Gateway Token to show up if there is a Company Credit Card
When a guest has a card in the gateway it shows up as green, so you know it is there. I would like this to show up a different colour when there is a credit card in the company account, in the guest reservation screen. This will save double handling. Currently it does not show up when booking a guest in under a company unless you go into the company itself.

Make it harder for an employee to be able to wipe out a previous guest profile by simply changing the name on the res.
It's all too easy for a desk clerk to wipe out a previous guest's profile by simply changing the name on a reservation rather than clicking on the "Replace Guest" button. Perhaps bring up a popup message when changing the name on a res that says something like "Are you sure that you want to remove previous guest's profile?"

quick part module or building block functionality when using form letters
Implement the ability to have quick part module or building block functionality when using form letters.
For example, we have our standard booking document, but perhaps for people staying near a certain location, eg Moonta, we might want to insert certain information relating to attractions or discounts just for those staying nearby.
This would be required on an ad hoc nature, so wouldn't be part of the set document, but added as required due to the location or perhaps date-driven if the inserted component was about an upcoming event.

Portal link able to be sent to added guests on a reservation and to have their own account not reservation account
We are a ride park which requires all adult guests to agree to and sign their own legal documents before arrival at the park. Also these additional guests would need their own account to pay for their own riding fees etc
We cannot use the additional guest feature in RMS reservations because it sends the link to the main guests portal not the additional guests portal and does not allow for them to have their own account

Apply Last Room Availability to certain Rate Types
Be able to set some rate types to have Last Room Availability (LRA) so that regardless of whether a certain date has restrictions set or has a room type that has sold out, the select rate type can still sell based on house availability.

I would like Group Allotments to show on the booking chart for companies that mainly choose to utilize that chart rather than the Availability Chart.
While allotments reduce in the AC, there is room for error on the BC. If this were fixed, we could then use the Group Code that was enticing to us when we joined RMS last year.1 vote -
Improve Mobile functionality for booking reservations
When using a mobile phone to make a reservation the option to scroll down and make a selection is not obvious and guests think that they can't make an option at all!

Move Special Requirements on the IBE confirmation email to the top with the reservation details.
The Special Requirements field on an IBE reservation which normally populates the OTA Notes is now appearing in the online confirmation on completion of a booking. It would be good if this field could be moved to the top with the other reservation details. It currently appears in the body of the correspondence with the Terms & Conditions, so it's confusing.
