Allow for filtering of Site Types on the In/Out Movement Screen
I would love the ability to filter by Site type on the In/Out Movement Screen. If I want to send bulk correspondence to just one site type, I have to go in and checkmark each person individually. It would save so much time to be able to just check a box that included everyone from that site type.

Using terms like Comp Id (what does even mean) How would a customer know
Remove these questions or the option to turn off

If they tick these we can not send triggered corro - like a conformation email.
This is our tool to compete with the OTAs - please improve usability

Update Add a Job
Under job management, add a job, the drop-down menu for job type, please remove breakfast area equipment because there is already breakfast room FF&E. Pleas add breakfast room floor.

Include packages in BOGO offers
Currently if there are packages within the nightly rate, these aren't discounted as part of BOGO offers so the offer is not a true representation of the discount on offer. It would be great to have an option to do this so that these rates can be truly promoted as BOGO.

SMS History Report Enhancement
Include an extra column that displays either the content or the name of the SMS being sent in order to track if this function is being overused by staff and potentially contravening laws regarding clients who opt out of receiving updates via SMS

Allow RMS cut key send Names guests details as well
When we cut the keys would be great if allow to send also the guests names details to the encoder. At the moment it will not send any names details to visionline encoder

It's great to have the ability to SMS guests and tenants, however it would be even better to be able to extract or download records of this correspondence

Update the Requirements screen to show a Status column
It would be very helpful to show the Status of a requirement (e.g. Finished, Outstanding etc) as a column on the Requirements screen (both the actual requirements screen and the requirements at the bottom of a reservation). Otherwise you have to click on each requirement to open it to check it's status.

Ability to select a refundable sundry charge and add to the package
Currently only non-refundable charges can be added to the package, and refundable charges cannot be part of a package.
As we collect bonds for a number of bookings (especially in peak season when every booking has a security bond), the bond sundry charge is in the package is a sundry charge called bond which is chosen to post to extras.
When a booking is made for the property that has this in the package, it does post to the extras account, but then we need to void it and replace with the Refundable Bond sundry (orange coloured), to enable the…

Have an email/sms alert & log that shows unset triggered and WHY it didnt send.
We rely heavily on triggered emails and sms to give clients check in information and there is no alert system to show clients have not received booking confirmation, entrance instructions or anything else. When there is an error it just shows red as not sent but no information on why it hasnt sent.

Once you have clicked 'build' i would like to be able to email the company from this screen. Currently I email to a user and then send from the Outlook email.

Attach Requirement to a Rate Code
Some rate code comes with value adds so it will be good to be able to attach requirements to it ie FOC airport transfers, breakfast, so that we can generate a report for it.

Add a IBE Query String to bypass the shopping cart and go straight to checkout
Whilst the IBE shopping cart is useful for multi-room bookings, it is not very intuitive for single room bookings, which make up the vast majority of online bookings.
We have many cases of guests ringing up to complete their booking because they can't work out how to finish their booking. Other cases where guest just keep adding rooms to the cart thinking that it's not working, exhausting inventory with IBE pencil bookings.
Short of reverting back to the simpler IBE without cart functionality, it would be great if we could use a URL query string we could use to bypass…

Enhancement Request: Non-Virtual Number for International SMS via RMS
We are currently facing a critical issue in our guest communication system at the resort. All our guest interactions are routed through the RMS , which is essential for providing a seamless experience. However, RMS is currently configured to send text messages (SMS) using a virtual phone number. This configuration is preventing SMS messages from reaching our international guests.
Issue Details:
Current Setup: RMS uses a virtual phone number.
Problem: SMS messages sent from a virtual number are not delivered to international guest numbers.

Add Channel Rate ID and Channel Room Type ID columns to Channel Management Mapping
Include Channel Rate Id and Channel Room Type (Category) ID columns in Mapping in Channel Management to assist in identifying Rates or Room Types sent by Expedia when multiple Rates or Room types use the same description.
Channel Rate ID and Channel Room Type ID are included on Channel Room Type Comparison report so info is in RMS.

Do discovery calls with larger hotels regarding pain points
Many areas of the setup seem like they would be ok for a small hotel but quickly become cumbersome. It would be good to do discovery calls as to the pain points for your larger/growing customers so that the PMS can adapt and keep up with some of the other options on the market for user friendliness on a setup point of view.

Export functions on Room Type & Rate Type Setup Screens
It would be great to get an export function on some of the setup screens for the following reasons.
- Record setup at a point in time,
- Export, manipulate and delegate to someone to make the changes
- So you can do some lookup functions etc to be able to get a condensed list of things that aren't the way they should be
- ID's such as Rate Type ID and Room Type ID are only on these screens, when required for Channel Manager CSV Uploading you have to manually type it all from two different screens.
